IMMEDIATE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE
EmergiCare is seeking a personable, talented Emergency Medicine Physician in a professional, high quality private practice of emergency and urgent care medicine. EmergiCare was founded 31 years ago by an emergency medical and occupational medicine specialist. We offer five clinics located in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas, providing full injury and clinic services from pre-employment physicals to complex case management. Thousands of companies in Southern Colorado use us to take care of their injured workers. The majority of our patients are motivated working people or sports injured individuals. We have an in-house pharmacy, physical therapy and rehabilitation, x-ray, ACLS, lab and trauma care capabilities. We maintain follow-up with our patients, and act as the case manager for their work injuries. Our consultants are "hand" selected by their credentials, reputation, outcomes and ability to communicate well with our patients and physicians. You will receive feedback from every consultant visit. The patient mix is approximately 50:50 injured workers to injured "private pay" patients. We do no Medicare or Medicaid billing. Our physicians are passionate about our practice.
Physicians must be residency trained and board certified in acute care, emergency medicine, family practice, occupational medicine, ortho, or general surgery. There is no night call or hospital duty, and minimal weekend scheduling. Information on clinic hours of operation is available on this website. EmergiCare offers an excellent compensation package.
